La Fondazione è un luogo di riflessione su tematiche locali e nazionali e ha sviluppato negli ultimi anni un’intensa attività di ricerca attraverso studi, analisi, mostre e seminari che sono anzitutto frutto di una conoscenza critica e sistematica che prende le mosse dalla tradizione e da esperienze in atto.
Charles Péguy
Nel 2023, la mostra “La grande inquietudine. Péguy e la città armoniosa” è stata esposta in anteprima in occasione della 44esima edizione del Meeting per l’Amicizia fra i Popoli di Rimini, dov’è stata visitata da più di 15.000 persone. Nell’imponente opera di Péguy si è scavato un percorso a partire dall’idea di “Città armoniosa”, titolo di un suo libro scritto nel periodo socialista e ateo, che come un fil rouge attraversa il suo pensiero, il suo impegno politico e la sua attività editoriale. Le sue parole sono poi messe in dialogo con i dati di Fondazione Censis che illustrano i cambiamenti che stiamo attraversando e con esempi attuali di progetti sociali, aziende e storie personali. La mostra si sviluppa come una lunga intervista con l’autore: le domande sono del curatore, le risposte tutte rigorosamente costruite con parole tratte dai testi di Péguy.
Alleanza scuola lavoro
Nel 2021, in anteprima al Meeting di Rimini, è stata esposta la mostra “Alleanza scuola lavoro. Non è mai troppo tardi”, curata da Ubaldo Casotto. La storia d’Italia insegna che l’investimento in grado di rilanciare un Paese dopo una crisi è quello in educazione e formazione. Questo investimento non può prescindere da un rapporto con il sistema produttivo: non basta un’alternanza scuola-lavoro, bisogna passare all’alleanza scuola-lavoro. La mostra racconta la storia, i dati, i protagonisti e le proposte che permetterebbero a due mondi oggi distanti di tornare a crescere insieme.
Attività di Ricerca
Principali veicoli di queste attività sono le pubblicazioni, che sintetizzano e rendono fruibile a tutti il lavoro emerso durante i momenti di approfondimento. Tali ricerche hanno permesso di raccogliere spunti interessanti da tradurre in azioni sociali concrete e a essere trasformate in proposte legislative.
Sono cinque le ricerche scientifiche realizzate dalla Fondazione e presentate alla Camera dei deputati, coinvolgendo 15 aziende come case history;
“Le fiere come strumento di internazionalizzazione del Made in Italy” (2019), in collaborazione con Deloitte, ha prodotto un emendamento alla Legge di Bilancio che prevede un credito di imposta del 30% per la partecipazione a fiere internazionali da parte delle Pmi.
“Musei di impresa. Promotori del Made in Italy e nuovi attrattori turistici. Focus sul settore del legno-arredo” (2017), a cura di Andrea Carbone, in collaborazione con Federlegno Arredo.
“Con-Correre per competere. Le reti d’impresa tra territorio e globalizzazione”, (2013) a cura di Paolo Preti e Raffaello Vignali, edita dal Sole 24 Ore.
“Laboratorio Brianza – Infrastrutture, mobilità e sviluppo: spunti concreti per elaborare un nuovo modello di intervento” (2010), a cura di Massimo Ghiloni, edita dal Sole 24 Ore.
Seminari
La Fondazione inoltre organizza seminari e convegni di approfondimento su tematiche relative all’innovazione e allo sviluppo energetico e tecnologico di interesse per le imprese. Si tratta di momenti di lavoro che hanno permesso, in questi anni, un confronto proficuo tra esponenti del mondo imprenditoriale e politico nazionale e operatori locali. In molti casi, proprio per l’esperienza territoriale di aziende e amministratori pubblici, la segnalazione di difficoltà, l’emergere di progetti innovativi e best practices, ha indirizzato, rendendola più efficace, l’azione delle istituzioni.
